Since I went onto the NBN I can not get confirmation call from PayPal on the land line , so I can not log into my account with out that code number they send me .
My friend has given me his mobile phone that he does not need so that I can use this for PayPal to contact me . I have never had a mobile phone before so what I need to know is do I go on the cheapest plan I can find or buy a prepaid sim card and use that . I would only use the phone for receiving the message from PayPal & my Bank maybe once every 6 weeks other that I would not be using the mobile phone .
