Buying phone outright

Not sure if anyone has had the same issue. I'm looking to buy a phone outright and each time I follow the links, just after I click next it takes me to an error which reads this phone needs a plan.

What is the easiest way to identify if you can buy a phone outright as it seems all of them need a plan. Seems redundant to have an option to buy outright if its not available.

HI Ray94,

If you could show me the link that you've been trying to use I can look into this further for you.

Re: Buying phone outright

When it takes you to the Select Plan page, just click on the button at the bottom to take you to the next step. It shouldn't tell you that it needs a plan if you have selected the Outright box on the payment terms selection (note: it defaults to 24 months - even if you clicked on Outright Devices on the menu), so make sure you click on the Outright Box first.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
