Caller cannot hear me
I have a Samsung S9 and in the last couple of weeks callers cannot hear me when I pickup.
It isn't a specific phone number or location it is every call I receive, I answer and they cannot hear me.
Any suggestions? I've done the troubleshoot steps provided by Telstra (turn off/back on, reset network settings etc,)

I also have a Samsung S9 with the same problem.
I can hear Incoming callers but they cannot hear me unless I use the speaker. This problem happens with most, but not all callers.
Outgoing calls are fine.
Restarting the phone fixes the problem but only temporarily.
Any suggestions?

Have you gone into the settings in the Phone app, scrolled to "About Phone" and checked to see if there is an update for the Phone app available?
