Can't make outgoing calls. Telstra support unable to help.
Had a barring placed on the account due to late payment. Account now paid in full, all services are operational.
When I try to make a call, I get "The number you have called is not available from this service". Receiving calls isn't an issue. Texts are working fine too.
This has been happening since 9:30am yesterday. I have made 8 calls to Business Support 132000. Each time I had to wait on the line for almost an hour as the CSRs keep telling me there are no barring or restrictions on the account however I am still unable to make outbound calls.
