CANT CONNECT TO INTERNET ON MOBILE
I have a J2 Samsung mobile, cant connect to Telstra or internet
Apps work great at home as phone paired to Telstra, but outside a NO GO. message received is that I cant be connected to Telstra/Play store ect Its a pay as you go thru Vodaphone. Its a phone I rarely use but because of Covid, I installed the App, but outside it cant connect.
It has to be simple, and the Crowd can help....please

You'll need to contact Vodafone as your Pre-Paid service is with them.
If you've turned your mobile phone Data on and you still can't use Data on your mobile away from home it could be something to do with the Vodafone Pre-Paid plan that you're on.
Maybe you don't have enough credit to pay for the Data, or maybe mobile Data has been deactivated on your Account.
Only a Vodafone Employee would be able to tell you exactly why.
