Telstra won't answer phone only send a useless text. I'm paying way too much for phone/internet $69 month 60Gb and want to swap to 40GB for $55 a month.

Any way of contacting Telstra to do this other than via phone (which they don't answer).

BTW what's the difference between .... BYO phone -- Prepaid ---- and SIM only.

I own the mobile phone.

Yeh Telstra's phone service is in an infinite loop, 


The OLD STEROTYPICAL SWITCHBOARD LADIES would be more efficient and faster even with their sterotypical gasbagging (watch old movies if you dont get the reference) ......




1) ring this number

2) we will send you a text to take a message on our app

3) oh for that service we will have to have you ring this number (the number that you already rung)

4) Repeat step 1 - 3 for infinity and beyond
