Damaged phone

I dropped my Samsung Galaxy SII and have damaged the display. I am just over 12 months into a 2 year $60 plan which includes paying for the phone. Any suggestions?

Hi Vander.

 

In this scenario your options are pretty simple. You will either need to pay to have the screen fixed (warranty does not cover your scenario), or you can re contract to add another MRO to your service. In doing this we would cancel your current MRO and you would need to pay this out in a lump sum.
