Direct debit

If i have a credit over the normal bill value, how do o get Telstra to use that onstead of continually direct debiting my bank account?

That question was asked recently by another user. What plan are you on?.
It’s possible that the system will not deduct the scheduled deduction if your balance is sufficiently in credit.

You could give it a try and let us know what happens.

@Debitvcredit, if your account is currently in credit then your direct debit should not go through as there would technically be no balance owing once the bill is due. The system should pick this up and use the credit on your account to offset your bill.
