Entered puk code wrong to many times

I entered  pukcode times and has stopped my service. Can i please get reinstate my phone service please

No one at CrowdSupport can do that for you (reinstate your phone). You'll need to use a proper Telstra Support channel - My Telstra app, Get Help, Blue Chat window to get someone to help you..

 

Where did you get the PUK you are using from and why did you need it? Where are you being asked to input the code?
