FAULTY CEL-FI GO RETURN PROCEDURE?

Hi Team, I purchased a Telstra Cel-Fi Go Mobile repeater outright about a month ago and it was working perfectly fine until 2 days ago. It now wont pick up signal, i think the unit is faulty. I do not have a Telstra store locally what procedure do I take to get this looked at under warranty?

Was this helpful?

  • Yes it was, thank you
  • No, I still need help

Re: FAULTY CEL-FI GO RETURN PROCEDURE?

In the package there are instructions with an 1800 support phone number.

Or you can ring 132200 and say Coverage which takes you to that department. Telstra sub contract the warranty on this product line. It will most likely be a replacement after possible assessment.  Who installed the unit and antenna?
