How to preserve my data in the event of theft of my mobile.

I have never experienced it before, but I have certainly heard of others loosing their mobile phone due to theft or destruction. Should this occur, I assume all data will be lost and I would like to know if there are any good suggestions about storing my data somewhere. I know it is relatively easy to copy data from my computer to a safe place, but what about a mobile phone?

On an Android, all your contacts are normally synchronised to your Google account.

You can also set your phone to backup your phone's contents to Google Drive (or Samsung Cloud if you have a Samsung) through Settings->Accounts and backup

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
