International Calling Pack

So, I have been using and enjoying Telstra's International Calling Pack for a few years which includes certain countries where I call frequently. Now that I want to move to a 5G phone + service, apparently if I change my SIM only plan (I shall buy my own phone) I will have to (re)opt for the International Calling Pack which hasn't changed in price but has a different set of countries and excludes that ones where I call.

I only have 15 countries and the new pack has 20 but my preferred countries have all disappeared and new ones added instead, which are of little use to me.

So, is there a way of keeping the old International Calling Pack but move up to 5G plan? Anyone else having the same conundrum?
