Kayo offer

Not happy at all. I had applied for the kayo $5 offer before 31st of May 2021 but received a message today saying my kayo subscription has been cancelled due to non payment even though it's meant to be linked to my Telstra account!

I would start by contacting Kayo's customer support to see if they are aware of the problem (it has happened before). You could then contact Telstra to let them know that you have been affected by the latest hiccup.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
