Hi there.
I've lost my mobile and logged into my account using my PC to find it. I followed these instructions below:
I go to My Account for the device and go to Add Ins where i have an active Stay Connected subscription.
However the screens seem to have changed and when I click on Stay Connected/ Device Care there is no option there to view the last location of my Samsung phone. It just tells me do down load the Device care app. I cant use Samsung web site as the phone has died.
Can anyone help please on how to track the last know location of my phone using Telstra
Regards M

OK. Try this.
Go to https://maps.google.com.au and login using the same Google account that you have logged in on your phone.
Click on the dropdown menu on the left of the search bar. Then click on Timeline. Then pick the last date that Google Maps has data for your phone. Hopefully your settings have it to track your phone when it's moving.

Re: Lost mobile and T24x7 has not feature to find it
I have found this but it says Device locator is not supported in the My telstra app which seems to be replacing Telstra 24x7.
Surely this cant be right.... I thought a find your phone feature from a large Communication company would be a must have.

Re: Lost mobile and T24x7 has not feature to find it
Use Samsung's find my phone function (assuming you set it up) https://findmymobile.samsung.com/
or the one through your Google account https://myaccount.google.com/intro/find-your-phone?hl=en-US

Re: Lost mobile and T24x7 has not feature to find it
Thanks Jupiter.
Yes as mentioned in my OP I did that but it doesn't work if your phone dies. You can set up find my phone to poll every 15 minutes but if your phone dies you won't know the location.
I guess my point is that Telstra used to have this on telstra 24 x 7 but it's not on My Telstra.
I can handle outages, issues on billing etc but the most important feature for me is the ability to find my phone if it's lost or stolen.

Re: Lost mobile and T24x7 has not feature to find it
Hi Jupiter. I just got my phone back. Have to say.. Fair play to the honest Uber driver that came back to me.
In saying that I've explored your suggestion on google maps and it's a great idea going forward. I'll use it saying telstra can't get this feature in place again. All the best mighty
