New Phone set up

Hi, just bought Telstra Essential Smart 2.1 phone.  Trying to set it up.


(Broken old phone)


My screen says "Verify Your Phone" and underneath it says Blade A30 (317) yet I can't select it or do anything.  Any clues as to what to do?


Note:  I've activated the SIM and got a phone number but can't use phone!

Blade A30 (317) is the model number.


If you can’t select it using the touchscreen, the unit could be faulty.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
