One time verification code when not requested

Hey everyone,

I keep recieving one time verification sms codes when i am not requesting them nor have i been in contact with telstra. I attempted to call telstra but half hour on hold with no luck due to covid support im assuming. 

Needing an answer as im concerned someone is attempting to access my account
