One XL asking for pin

Answered

Hey 🙂

Over the past couple of days my phone has started randomly asking for the pin.

Its not been off or on airplane mode, although I have noticed it was 'emergency calls only' at one stage (strange, I'm at the same place and generally have full reception).

Any ideas? Thanks 😄

Your SIM card may be loose.  Turn off your phone, take out the SIM card, reinsert it and turn back on.  If the problem persists, pop in to your local Telstra Shop and get them to swap it over for a new one.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
