Online esim order



I have recently ordered a esim via the online app which was streamlined and uninformative. Moments after completing the order my current sim has been terminated and the new esim is still being posted so I'm now without a service because telstra didn't notify me during the process that it was going to be seized. Thanks


But in addition to the, you can't call anyone to have an understanding of what's happening either, 3 days I've been talking to India and they don't have a clue of your process or even what has happened during my conversation with multiple people and better still if you call the 132200 number it disconnects forcing me to only use the messaging service. 


All in all, I don't know if my esim card has been sent to the right address and the town I live in doesn't even have a telstra store, I can't call anyone and India don't understand conversation.
