Order On hold

Can anyone follow up an order for me? I have tried calling, messaging all to no avail. I ordered 2 new phones last week. One turned up the other was in Progress and now is On Hold. how do I get in contact with someone who can help?

Nobody can follow up an order through Crowdsupport.


You will either need to try 132200, Livechat or the My Telstra app (it can take a few hours to get a response through the two messaging systems).

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
