Pre paid activation

I activated a SIM at 9pm last night and if still isn't activated. I have turned phone off then on again, still nothing. Says it should take up to 4 hours. I have now waited just over 24 hours... did anyone else have this drama? And how did you get it fixed? Thankyou

It's been a common problem for months now. You will need to send a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen).

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
