Proof of Purchase for Samsung earbuds
I recently bought a Samsung S21+ online on contract and am trying to redeem the free earbuds offer. Samsung requires "proof of purchase". All I have is a confirmation email which I sent to Samsung but this was declined. I have tried Telstra online chat for help but they were totally useless. Surely I am not the only person trying to claim this offer. How do I get a Proof of Purchase document?

I have just been though all you are going through.
After many hours on chat to Samsung and phone to Telstra
I received this information.
Your Proof of Purchase Document may be one of the following:
- Tax Invoice showing a valid purchase date
- Screenshot of your order email confirmation
- Welcome letter
- Contract showing a valid purchase date
It must display the following 3 criteria:
- Valid Purchase Date (02-03-2021 to 29-03-2021)
- Participating Product (S21 Series)
- Participating Retailer (Telstra and Telstra Partners)
We understand that the only document you have is the one that you have uploaded. However, we can only validate your claim once you have provided all the required details. You may contact Telstra to provide you a Proof of Purchase that includes the three information above.
If you go back to your confirmation email all the information they require is on it.
I just circled all the information they require in paint and labeled it and re uploaded it.
Now have the ear buds!
So the advice I give is my own, In my own time, Guided by my own experience/knowledge.
Which I am always happy to be corrected on.
