Recharge malfunction

i recharged twice at 10 dollars values and it did not recharge as it said unsuccessful payments, yet the money came out of my account

You will need to contact Telstra by either calling 132200 and saying "Prepaid" at the prompt or use the chat feature in either the My Telstra app or You may also be able to get assistance through the Telstra Facebook or Twitter accounts.


Crowdsupport is primarily a customer 2 customer forum and nobody has access to account information or billing systems.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
