Re: Samsung galaxy s21 mytelstra keeps crashing
Uninstall the app, then hard reset the phone:
- Press and hold the Power and Volume Down buttons.
- Continue holding the buttons until the Samsung logo appears.
- Release the Power and Volume Down buttons.
A hard reset will not delete your information or applications. It only clears out any instructions that were stored in memory (which persist with a normal turn off/on).
You can then reinstall the My Telstra app and hopefully it should behave itself.
