Last Friday (5 days ago) I got a new sim to put into another phone. The advice was that to activate would take a maximum of 24 hours, but my phone is still on "emergency calls only".
I called Telstra support on 132200 but was told that due to COVID they could not help me.
I also tried loading the myTelstra app onto my phone but got a message saying that my device was incompatible with the myTelstra version (it's an Android phone).
After receiving the new SIM I got an email saying that a request for activation had been received, but nothing further after that.
How long can I expect to wait for this ?
