Answered

does any *relatively* new sim card telstra has released have 4G capabilities? or does the sim card specifically have to be a 4G sim card?

Re: Sim cards

I was not, nor have I ever been under the impresson that it's software within the sim card which gives phones this capability. I am and always have been fully aware that the device the sim card is in requires 4G capabilities to be able to access the network.
