Sim replacement

We are going to purchase new phones as gifts for our elderly parents.  The phones they currently have use a standard SIM card and we are going to purchase phones that take a MICRO SIM card obviously we want  the phone numbers to be the same.  Is there anyway we can organise new SIM cards, set the phone up then activate the new SIM card just before we give the phones to our parents  or do our parents have to organise it all themselves.  Thanks

If you are listed on the account as a authority, you should be able to arrange the replacement SIM card for them, otherwise it would have to be done by them. 

 

It can be done via phone/livechat and sent out in the mail or it can be done in store and be collected on the spot. It is free and should be swapped over on the system in a couple of min and activated usually within a couple of hours.

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
