telstra pre paid widget

I have activated a pre paid mobile with Telstra and successfully downloaded their app (my pre paid) for pre paids but can't get their widget for monitoring usage to work when it's placed on the home screen.

Thanks for the feedback about the issues with My Prepaid. I will pass this on so we can look into what is going on for you. In the mean time, have you tried the Telstra 24x7 app? You should be able to use that instead.
