Telstra Pre Paid

There is something drastically wrong with Telstra!!

 

Firstly... The Telstra App doesn't work on my Samsung Tablet Galaxy Tab S2 SM-T819Y

Secondly... I can't access details about my prepaid on the tesltra.com website because it wants me to install the app... see the problem?

Thirdly... When I log in with my Telstra ID it says I have no services!

 

The only thing it lets me do is recharge.

 

Seriously Telstra I don't know how many hours I have wasted talking to your "so called" experts with no results. I think I'll be transferring my number to Vodafone or Optus who have their act together and actually care about their customers. Their apps actually work on my tablet without constantly crashing!

 

Goodbye Telstra!!

There is a Telstra team that support the My Telstra app that you could contact regarding the app issues.

Most app issues will resolve by deleting and reinstalling.

If it keeps happening, it could be a Telstra ID error.

If you sign-in to your www.my.telstra.com.au/myaccount/home that may confirm more for you about what the next best step is.
