Telstra Pulse is using phone credit instead of data bonus pack when using apps
I recently purchased a pre paid Telstra Pulse (ZTE T790) phone. The first time I used it on an app all my phone credit disappeared and the bonus data pack of 400 Mb was not used. Why is this happening? I have put my sim back into my old phone (it is not a smart phone ) for fear of losing my top up credit.
