TelstraOne Widget and App Problems

I have had my Samsung Galaxy S3 for nearly 6 months and I have had problems with the widget since day one. It has always seemed to think that my number is still pre paid and I can't use the widget to monitor my data. I converted my pre paid number to a plan so could that have anything to do with it? Thanks

Can you see your data if you go into the full version of the app, or if you go to from your handset?
