Unable to cancel my messagebank and message2txt

Hi there,

I have countless attempt to cancel both of the above  mentioned services. I don't need those services as it complies me to respond. I have chatted on line and the representative have always said it's already done but I still get that prompts when I don't answer my mobile calls. Can anyone please assist me with this? I never had an issue with all other carriers as far as this issue is concerned.

What prompt do you get (exact wording is helpful to determine if it is messagebank or just a missed call notification)?

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
