Voice mail audio files

I don't use the default messaging app on my galaxy S8, I use an app called textra.

When someone leaves me a voicemail, I get a notification from the default texting app, and to listen to my voicemail audio file, I have to always switch back to the default texting app from textra.

I used to be able to receive all audio files in textra. Does anyone know I can fix this so I don't have to keep flipping between apps?

Was this helpful?

  • Yes it was, thank you
  • No, I still need help

Re: Voice mail audio files

You can either turn off Rich Communication Services, or contact the developer and see when they are going to implement support for RCS in Textra.
Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
