voice mail issue

Hi I have a problem with my voicemail on my mobile stating that it is :not being connected to a valid number". The only solution you have in the crowd support forums is to call Telstra to fix it. When I call I cannot get though to anyone as  the IVR reverts me to the Telstra website or automated phone help that does not cover this problem. I cant seem to speak to a person which is the solution the Crowd Support forum advises!

I am in stage 4 lock down in Melbourne and cannot visit a store, how can I get this problem fixed urgently as people are thinking my mobile is disconnected and I have missed out on jobs I have applied for because of this problem.
