You spoke and we listened.

Some of you suggested that our existing Terms of Use for CrowdSupport are “excessive legalese”.  We’ve spent a lot of time reviewing those Terms, and have created revised Terms that are shorter, simpler and easier to read.

The revised Terms set out important information about CrowdSupport and your use of CrowdSupport.  The revised Terms are available [here]. Please read through them carefully, and let us know if you have any questions here.

Note, the revised Terms will apply from 9am EST on Monday, 20th May 2013.  If you continue using CrowdSupport after that time, the revised Terms will apply to your use of CrowdSupport. If you don't agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using CrowdSupport by that time. For those of you that like details, you’ll note that clause 8.5 of our existing Terms sets out our rights to vary the Terms in this manner.

Once the revised Terms come into effect, we’re planning to revisit our Community Guidelines, and will be seeking your input on those Guidelines.  In the meantime, let us know if you have any questions about the revised Terms.
