**Telstra Thanks benefits, such as discounted movie tickets, discounted sport tickets and pre-sale concert tickets have moved to Telstra Plus.**

You can download updates to the iPhone, iPad and Android™ versions of the Telstra 24x7 App from 23 September 2013.

New features or improvements:

• A new menu design means that you can access the main features of the App by swiping the screen from left to right, instead of clicking the icons on the bottom of the screen.
• Thanks Movie tickets can be purchased from the menu in the App, so now you can get your discounted tickets on the move.
• You can check whether you have subscribed to the StayConnected service. 
• In the ‘Bill Summary’ section, you can check if you have Australia Post Digital Mailbox set up for bill delivery.
• Suspended services can now be viewed in the App.
• For iPhone and iPad users, the App is compatible with iOS 7

why are the tickets coming up at full price and not at $10 as offered?

if you can provide details such as the date, time, movie and cinema then we can look into it for you.

However, I would note that the $10 tickets promotion does not cover sessions designated by the cinema as "special screenings", and they are not available for any sessions after 5pm on Saturdays or public holidays.
