5G not working on iPhone 13

Hi Just a quick question.

I have an iPhone 13 pro max with a telstra esim and an Amaysim as sim2 (physical sim)

With Telstra I am on a business account which we have about 60 odd numbers.

I am about 100 metres from an enabled 5G tower, but the phone will only register 4G on the Telstra esim.


I have tried many things, taking out the Amaysim sim, disabling it, etc.

5G is enabled in all the menu's for the Telstra esim?


But no luck?

Any ideas?

Hi @gazmart, that is quite odd. Assuming you're on a 5G compatible plan and all your settings are enabled I'm not sure why you're unable to connect. I'd recommend speaking with Telstra Business Mobile Faults support so they can take a closer look for you on our end, in case it's an account level thing we can fix up for you. See how you go.
