Activating a new Plan

Numerous times in the past week have I had Chats on activating my new phone plan and yet today, it is still not updated. 
it should not take over a week to activate a new ESIM or provide a SIM for the plan.

tried to get onto help chat today, system is down ! Tried to Text Message on the TEXT app, and that fails ! Poor Customer service!

No. It should only take a maximum of 4 hours for activation of a SIM to occur.

 

The messaging function in the My Telstra app is working at the moment.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Thanks for the reply.. doesn’t help me at all really,

 

and chat and messaging is not up at all!

Could be an iOS problem. Try reinstalling the app. It's working fine on my Note10+5G
