Adding sons telstra I’d to my ipad

my son got an iPhone for Christmas.  It is in my name and I pay for credit etc etc. I also have my own telstra I’d.

 

on his phone in my telstra it shows his id and my id. However on my iPad I can not get his id to show, therefore I can’t keep track of credit etc.

 

i have tried adding but it still won’t show up. I have compared all details and they are the same.  I can not get hold of telstra on the phone, and getting help through chat is impossible.

 

i just want to add his id to my account so that both show up
