Apple Family Set-up - Apple Watch

Is there any update on Telstra providing support for Apple Family Setup and Apple Watches? I’ve seen threads from November / December 2020 - where it (by ‘it’ I mean the product from Apple) was released - but from what I can see, only Truphone remain as the only option in Australia.

I’m happy to go this route - but would make more sense to use my “Medium Plan” if possible.

NB: the staff in the Telstra shop closest to me suggested I’d need a basic $55 / Mth plan (SIM) + the $5 Telstra One Number option. Two kids: $120 / Mth? Truphone - $9.99 / Mth.

Was this helpful?

  • Yes it was, thank you
  • No, I still need help

No. Truphone is the only provider in Australia.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
