Apple Watch Series 6 - Not receiving calls

I have a apple watch series 6. I can call out and send and receive messages but I cannot receive calls. I have spoken with Apple and they believe it's a Telstra issue. I have spoken with a great rep at Telstra and the issue has been escalated to the level 2 team after 1.5 hours was spent trying to troubleshoot. Has anyone else had this issue?

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.
