Apple Watch

Hi folks, I cannot connect new Apple Watch with Telstra. I keep getting stuck in a loop telling me that I am on the wrong plan. I have spoken to Telstra Support for hours with no result except to say the Plan is OK 😱

I totally understand I have the same problem I’ve been on the chat for nearly 2 hours and then I rang and still the guy was very honest and said he didn’t know how to do it
