Since updating to IOS 14 today I have noticed that Visual Voice mail has stopped working and I have to ring in to get my messages. I have tried to reset network setting, but to no avail it is not working. Any suggestions

Hi, Anyone else had trouble connecting their Apple watch series 6 to One Number? I've been chatting online to Telstra, its been a long painful process.  Yet to get a resolve. Any successes out there?
