I received the text from Telstra to chat via message rather than waiting on hold, but when ever i send a message it displays as "Not Delivered"Really struggling here, how do i get hold of someone to help me?thanks in advance

i used my misses iPhone XR  the other day when I gave it back it had locked its self. All I did was close the cover. She doesn’t normally have a passcode at lock screen and didn’t the other day so I don’t know what happen but it’s my fault lol.
