Call division’s mandatory now minimum message2text cannot be switched off please tell me it’s not so

After 25 years Telstra recently have made it impossible to not have any call diversion’s according to 6 different telstra staff in India 

now my calls are being diverted without the mobile even ringing 

how can I fix this problem without using messagebank

Key in  #21#     then press Send and read the confirmation on your screen a second or two later

There was some recent discussion about being able to turn off Message2Text via the My Telstra app (by clicking the 3 dots at the top-right after clicking your mobile service).

 

Previously you could request it by setting the ring time using **61*101**20# (which sets the ring time to 20 seconds) and then completing the online form to  cancel Message2Txt®.

 

Give both methods a try.
