When someone calls me it comes up as no caller id, so I’m missing calls because I’m not sure who it is.

That usually means that they have chosen not to send their caller id.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Hi Jupiter, I’ve tried ringing my phone using multiple friends phones and they all have their caller id on.

Is this on an iPhone that you are having problems with (you have posted on the iPhone board), or a home phone on the NBN?
