Can’t activate esim. iPhone delivered but order still says Processing.

Received new iPhone 13 on Sep 27. Tried to activate esim but it failed. Called Telstra, messaged in app, went to Telstra shop and NOBODY knows what the issue is. 

my order is still saying ‘Processing’ as if it hasn’t been delivered. 

anyone else in the same situation? Or can anyone at Telstra actually sort this out? It’s been more than a week with no resolution.

iPhones appear to feature in threads In CrowdSupport.regarding eSIM activation problems.

 

It has been acknowledged it a similar thread that Telstra are experiencing technical issues with eSIMs.

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.

Setup direct debit
