Can’t call Sony

I’ve been trying to call Sony the past 2 days, yesterday I was getting through slowly but surely, today i would get beeps followed by call failed. Now I get ‘ phone service is not authorised to place this call’ and that I should contact Telstra 

Only happens with Sony. 
it’s a 1300 number and I’m on a plan

Set it & forget it
