Cannot login using (correct) Telstra ID on new iwatch and iphone
I am getting VERY frustrated with Telstra and the lack of support. I bought a new iwatch 6 in October and paired it with my iphone 7 (OS 14.2). I had a telstra ID but could not log in successfully through the iwatch app. Note that I could log in using the same credentials using Chrome on my iphone and my macbook. In frustration i downloaded the My Telstra app - same issue. Logged multiple incidents with Telstra (they kept closing it without resolving the issue), logged a complaint, been in the store... no cigar.
Two months on, in frustration I have just come home with an iphone 12 mini. Same result. I have paired the iwatch but cannot login using my Telstra ID to get mobile enabled.
Has anyone else had this issue? I have no idea where to go next because the support at Telstra may as well be non-existent.
