Cannot Send Mail - "The sender address was invalid"

I cannot send mail from my iphone - this has only just occurred.  Message i keep getting is

It's a fairly common problem with iOS since iOS 13 came out.

Go to Settings > Passwords and Accounts > Email > Email > Outgoing Mail Server > Primary Server

 

Make sure that the settings are correct (especially Username and Password as for some reason it can forget them)

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
