Changing order - FRUSTRATED

I ordered a new iphone on 17/10 and the wrong device was ordered, I submitted a change request 10 minutes later and have been trying multiple times per day ever since to have this rectified.

 

I have now received an email telling me it's too late to change my order.  Would someone please call me regarding this, otherwise it's looking like I'll be cancelling all my Telstra services and moving to another carrier.
